Shipping Policy

Each KHEPRIS piece, produced in limited edition and individually numbered, is carefully prepared before shipment.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours from payment confirmation.

During launch periods, high-activity periods, or exceptional circumstances, this timeframe may be extended. In such cases, customers will be informed as soon as possible.

Orders are processed on business days only (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery Zones

Products can be shipped to:

France (mainland)
The European Union
Internationally, depending on destinations available at the time of order.

Certain geographical areas may be excluded for logistical or regulatory reasons.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

France (mainland): 2 to 4 business days
European Union: 3 to 7 business days
International: 5 to 12 business days

These timeframes are provided as estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Carriers

Shipments are handled by recognized carriers such as:

Colissimo
DHL
or any equivalent carrier.

A tracking number is sent to the customer by email as soon as the order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation.

They vary depending on:

the destination
the selected delivery method
the parcel weight.

Transfer of Risk

In accordance with applicable consumer law, the transfer of risk occurs at the moment the customer or a third party designated by them takes physical possession of the product.

In the event of a damaged parcel upon delivery, the customer is advised to note reservations with the carrier and contact KHEPRIS as soon as possible.

International Customs and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees may be required by the authorities of the destination country.

These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by KHEPRIS.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If a parcel is reported as lost by the carrier, an investigation will be opened with them.

The customer will be kept informed of the progress of the procedure, and an appropriate solution will be proposed in accordance with applicable legislation.
