Return and Refund Policy
KHEPRIS pays particular attention to the quality and integrity of each of its pieces. If an item does not fully meet your expectations, you may submit a return request in accordance with the conditions below.

This return and refund policy applies to all orders placed on the KHEPRIS website, for deliveries to:

The European Union
The rest of the world
Specific provisions may apply depending on the delivery zone.
Commercial Return Period
Independently of the legal right of withdrawal applicable in the European Union, KHEPRIS offers its customers a 30-day period from receipt of the order to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
unworn
unwashed
unused
in its original condition
with all tags attached
returned in its original packaging

Any item returned without a prior return request may be refused.
Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
In accordance with consumer law, customers located in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of their order.
During this period, you may exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any justification.
To exercise this right, you must notify your decision by a clear statement sent to:

The product must then be returned as soon as possible, in its original condition, unworn, with its tags and in its original packaging.
Condition of Returned Products
In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer may be held liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product.
Under the legal right of withdrawal, a return cannot be refused on these grounds, but a proportional reduction in the refund may be applied based on any depreciation observed.
Under the 30-day commercial return period, returned products must be in strictly new condition. Items showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or returned incomplete may be refused.
Return Quality Control
To ensure the integrity of KHEPRIS products, each returned item is subject to a quality inspection upon receipt.
Products must be returned in their original condition with all their components.
Numbered Pieces and Authenticity
Some pieces offered by KHEPRIS may be produced as limited and numbered editions, featuring a unique identifier to guarantee their authenticity.
In the event of a return, the returned piece must strictly correspond to the one originally shipped, particularly with regard to:
the edition number
the original tags
the product identification elements
Any item presenting an identification discrepancy or alteration of these elements may be refused.
Non-Returnable Products
The following categories cannot be returned:
personalized or made-to-measure items
gift cards
These exclusions apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Defective Items or Order Errors
We invite you to inspect your order upon receipt.
If an item is:
defective
damaged
incorrect
please contact us immediately so that we can assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution.
In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered.
Return Shipping Costs
The following conditions apply:
France and European Union
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of:
defective product
order preparation error
International (outside the European Union)
Return shipping costs, outbound shipping fees, and any applicable customs duties or import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
Abuse Prevention
To ensure a fair experience for all customers, KHEPRIS reserves the right to limit or refuse returns falling solely within the 30-day commercial return period in cases of manifest abuse.
This provision does not affect the exercise of the 14-day legal right of withdrawal applicable to customers located in the European Union.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the acceptance or refusal of the refund.
In accordance with consumer law, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.
However, in accordance with applicable legislation, the refund may be deferred until actual receipt of the returned product or until receipt of proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of the order.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the initial delivery costs will also be refunded, with the exception of additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer.
